How it works…

We visit your property to assess if it would match the demands of our clients. This time also provides an opportunity to get to know each other and learn more about your circumstance. We always aim to give you a "yes" or "no" by the end of the viewing.

We make you a guaranteed rent offer for 3-5 years. Soon as your comfortable with everything, we will write up a management contract. This is where we can also agree important details like break clauses.

We aim to provide high standards for our clients. We will build upon any works you plan to do yourself and upgrade the property to meet a high quality standard. We will also pay for professional staging and photography, which you are welcome to use in future for free.

Our service takes control of all minor maintenance and professional cleaning and cover those costs. We regularly inspect the property and have it professionally cleaned, so that it always stays in the quality shape we want.

When our partnership is near its end, we will discuss your goals, needs and experience with us. We will present you a number of options and then figure out together what would be best for your personal circumstance. These will include: extending our guaranteed rent agreement, handing you back your keys, with the property still in pristine condition.
